Temple Guard
Formed only recently, the Temple Guard is the military arm of the Unaligned Churches of Divinity. While they were formed with the express purpose of protecting freedom of religion in Divinity, their leader Meredith Geld was specifically chosen for her suspiciousness regarding the Radiant Church. As Divinity has some of the lowest crime rates in the city, the Temple Guard splits its time between training and helping the poor of the city.
While the organization is young and its members comes from a diaspora of faiths, a tight bond of loyalty has grown between the templars and it has quickly gained a reputation as a just and charitable organization.
The organization has contacts with many of the richest and most powerful people in the city, giving it a further reach than its limited scope and numbers might otherwise have afforded it. This has caused it to become a target of several enemies, worried that the Temple Guard represents a future threat.
