The City of Twilight

The city of twilight is the capital (And only) city in the Mana Caverns. It is home to the Naracon, centaur-like beings with draconic lower halves.
It is a safe haven compared to how the lower tunnels are faring, due to the mana currents causing floods that can raise the water level by an unnerving 20 feet or so.
For now, no other beings have been able to visit the city, due to it's exact location being unknown. In fact, for most of the world, the Naracons and their city have faded into legend. Unless someone manages to get in contact with the city (as the city has been trying for several hundred years) they may remain a mystery.

Defences

The city has a wall built around the city is made of pure iron they found mining in the mana caverns. This iron is very resilient to magic, making it better for protecting against the currents.

History

The City of Twilight was built a lot later than the other cities, with the first Naracon had gotten lost in the caves for a very long time before finding a place to settle down and start using the clay they were given to create more Naracons. Even 500 years in, the town was only just starting to get larger.

Architecture

Lots of pillars, vines curling around arches, a ton of aqueducts delivering water all over the city, and many bridges between buildings.

Geography

The city itself is in a large cavern, surrounded by tunnels and smaller caverns. Most of the tunnels lead to the mana currents. The main cavern has a lot of natural vegetation plus one of the few water springs that have been found underground. On the roof of the cave there are some glowing crystals that provide light for the city.
