Mr. Tibbs

A jolly little talking otter who welcomed the Shard-Bearers to The Scorching Isles and explained the situation to them. Once the familiar of a Atirat wizard, Mr. Tibbs was left alone on the island as the last remaining unfrozen person, since The Blight and its curse of time didn’t affect him. As you might guess, this didn’t make him the most sane overseer of this dead island.
Mr. Tibbs had planned to use the Shard-Bearers to unfreeze the island and save the Atirat, but was unsuccessful in doing so. As the island began to unfreeze after the Shard-Bearer’s efforts, it also unfroze the Oracle of the island, which guarded them from Mr. Tibbs’s spell. Furious, he destroyed the Cornerstone to the Scorching Isles, and now lives alone seemingly forevermore.
