Directorate 21

Directorate 21 is the only Kenpeitai directorate not limited in their jurisdiction to a single province. Directorate 21 operates from a central hub in The Akagi and can be deployed to any area within the empire. Because of their expansive scope, Directorate 21 will typically handle cases of notable scope and importance, and is therefore composed of the most capable officers.

Office 4 Organization

Major Taisho Ishikawa - Commander of Section 3 of Office 1 or Directorate 21.
Captain Arshad "Jabber" Qal-Sisma Tsumizuka - Commander of the Section 3 Squad.
Secretary Imari - The secretary for the Section 3 office. She is one of 4 other section secretaries for Directorate 21. The duties of a secretary are to handle the busy work of their section, answer phone calls, and do menial tasks.
Enlisted Personnel - Directorate 21 has a garrison of 1,000 enlisted personnel who act as the brawn to carry out the orders of the section squads when on operation. Section commanders will submit requests for a certain number of personnel and weapons assets for their operations from the reserve garrison, for which the Directorate commander may approve, deny, or modify.
