Spichka House

Not an actual house.
Actually, an abandoned warehouse in the Thames Port district that Bixby Zorić found and decided was hers. 
The building was found inhabited by more than a few boxes of matches, hence the name, that led to the belief that perhaps this was a building where those were made. Either that, or this was previously someone else's safehouse. That person does not matter anymore, though. It is Bixby's place now.

Purpose / Function

The original purpose of the building is unknown. Bixby may eventually find out, as she loves to dig up information, but as of right now that has not happened yet. 
The current purpose is for it to be a place that Bixby can hang out in to get away from the hussle and bussle of the giant city. She is not used to living in a giant city.

Alterations

The building does not seem to have been altered in anyway before Bixby took over. However, now that she is here, she has started fixing up the place. She is turning this warehouse into a warehome. She would like everyone to ignore the fact that she is doing so illegally.

Architecture

Just a garden variety, normal brick and cement warehouse. But a much more run down one.

Defenses

Bixby is the defence that the building has. 
She also has cameras set up watching the entrances and a few of the rooms, but that is just so that she herself can better defend the place. Easier to defend if you know when danger rolls up.

Tourism

This is not a place for tourists. 
If a person knows about this place enough to know someone is currently staying in it, they are either someone that Bixby really trusts, or someone who better start praying as hard as they can to everyone they can.
