Dragonslicer
After the fall of Teraptus, it became evident that Dragons posed a serious threat to the world; there was a significant power vacuum to be filled, and many peoples feared that another wyrm would rise to take his place.
Dragon hunting became exceptionally popular, with the idea of culling the wyrms (or even driving them to extinction) so that it could never happen again.
Rerutsa Uzim, a talented smith, set out to forge a blade to give it's wielder an edge in battle against those creatures. What she eventually created at the Skyforge was the first of three Blades of Power, weapons that possessed a strength that rivalled those crafted at the hands of Divyaush.
Though it's true power is unknown, the blade was eventually gifted to Corik Stonehammer, who wielded it for years before his death. During that time, legend says that he and a small company slew dozens of dragons, ranging from younglings to greatwyrms, and that his sword could be heard 'singing' as it carved through their flesh with ease. Dragonslicer was lost, however, when Corik died; he and a small company had ventured south from Graev's Gate, into the Pridelands, where he was slain. Dragonslicer was never found, and is presumed lost to time.
