High Chieftain of the Dwarfhold

High Chieftain (or High King, according to some sources) was a title granted to the ruler of the Dwarfhold of Karak Angkor.  It appears to be title based on military prowess, and non-hereditary, though the actual specifics are as of yet lost to time.
