Jester's Folly

Forged from black iron mined deep within the Elemental Plane of Earth, Jester's Folly is an enigma; how the peoples of the Draconic Age came into possession of that material has mystified researches for years.   It was known as a powerful tool for crushing armor, and many legends state that it could crack a shield in a single blow, and hammer it's way through any plate as a knife through butter.   However, it was lost at sea whilst being transported from the Isle of Aesry Surlaenis'a to an anonymous purchaser on the mainland.

History

Jester's Folly has been wielded in many battles, by men, dwarves, elves, halflings, and any number of others.  Where there is a fight, you'll find the Folly, ready to crush armor and break shields.  Records show it being used a number of times during the Draconic Wars, as well as seeing combat in skirmishes and full-pitched battles during the Lyras War.
