Lyras War

The Conflict

Prelude

Necromancy began to pervade into Kermoria, from a source or sources still unknown. Lyras  began to wield this power, forcing villages, leaders, and clans beneath her rule for nearly 130 years; an unnatural lifespan for a Tabaxi.

Deployment

This conflict, in it's many forms, stretched from the peaks of the Himenheldar Shel mountains in Ilithi, to the shores of Lake Gwenalion in Therengia, and everywhere in between.  Many of the most pitched battles occurred in Ilithi and southern Zoluren near Leth Deriel , in and around the Forest of Night.

The War finally ended when Lanival's arrow struck true, slaying the First Necromancer on a hill south of Shard , overlooking the Whistling Wood.

Though conflicts and skirmishes continued, this remained the last pitched battle of the war, and signaled an end to any major hostilities.
