Sightblinder
Possessing the power of invisibility, and harnessing great magics from the Shadowfell, Sightblinder, in the wrong hands, could be a deadly assassin's tool of choice; however, it remains in the capable and upright hands of Major Rantjur Uzim, who has, thus far, wielded the blade in the cause of good and righteousness.
History
Forged as the second blade of the Blades of Power, Rerutsa Uzim poured considerable magics from the Leylines surrounding the Skyforge into Sightblinder, with the intention of creating a blade which would be the envy of even the Immortal Damaris, God of Night.
After it's construction, the blade remained in her possession for many years until she gifted it to her nephew, Rantjur Uzim as an infant; he began wielding it in earnest upon his induction into The 33rd Regiment.

Significance
Though it's true power is unknown, the blade is known to be able to veil the user in a cloak of total shadow, rendering them utterly invisible from mundane and most magical scrutiny; further magical enchantments cause the wielder to be wrapped in deep illusions, appearing to anyone they so desire as a friend, a colleague, a mentor, or any other such non-descript person as to not draw attention.
Sightblinder is, unquestionably, the perfect infiltrator's tool.

Raw materials & Components
The hilt, handguard, and pommel are constructed from smoothed, carved obsidian, a material not normally known for it's durability. However, during the forging process, it was alchemically and magically enhanced to be, effectively, indestructible. Even after years of use, there isn't a single scratch, nick, or gouge taken from the black hilt of the blade.
The blade and tang itself are forged of a beautiful water steel, with a swirling pattern running the entire length of the blade.
Inlaid into the black pommel, rather than a gem, is an ivory-inlaid carving; one side is that of an open eye, the other the figure of a watchmen with a lantern.
