The Gar Holds

The Gar Holds, a majestic and formidable expanse, is an age-old testament to the Gar's mastery over their craggy realm. Carved into the towering edifices of the central mountain range that bisects Khana from north to south, the Holds stand as proud and enduring as the Gar themselves.
To the north, the Holds extend up to the formidable and icy bastions of The Koilos Mountains, their snow-capped peaks reaching towards the heavens. The Koilos' chilling beauty and treacherous passes guard the northern boundary of the Holds, serving as a formidable barrier to all but the hardiest explorers and the most determined invaders.
On the southern frontier, the Holds merge seamlessly into the rugged and imposing Argyros Peaks. Named after the ancient Gar word for "High Tower", The Argyros Peaks loom majestically, their silver-hued pinnacles bathed in an ethereal glow at dawn and dusk. Their dangerous slopes and sudden precipices have deterred many a potential intruder, safeguarding the tranquillity of the Gar Holds.
