Moonlit & Starstruck

Early Life

A blue and red pair of Tiefling twin sisters, Moonlit & Starstruck spent their childhoods living as street urchins in Ysala. Notably, both girls were fully mute from birth and rely on sign language to communicate, this fact combined with being uneducated orphans meant they lived out a meagre existance as kids. When they reached adolescence, they were picked up by a sleazebag entrepeneur from the Profit District to stand around at his private parties to look pretty, serve drinks and shuffle cards.
It was at a random networking cardgame night that Strixie attended however, where she noticed the twins were idly counting cards out of boredom. Understanding the sisters were far more intelligent than anyone realised, she promised them an education and a job where their talents would be used to the fullest. Over the years, Moonlit & Starstruck, having missed out on being part of a family and having a parental figure, grew very close with the Wizzleracket-Gemsong family.
Usually following closely behind Strixie and serving as her secretaries, they recently started their own subsidiary company under the Cartel named "Twintails Accounting", under Strixie's guidance. Already they are starting to make big strides for the Cartel, using their capacity for calculations to improve the company's logistical efficiency across the board.

Skills

Hypercalculia:
Moonlit & Starstruck are mathematical savants, and are able to perform complex calculations consisting of large numbers of objects.
Hypermnesia:
The sisters have an unusual degree of memory attentiveness, and recall. Allowing them to remember large amounts of information with clarity.
Magic:
Both girls posess an innate capacity for magic, and can be considered Quandrix Sorcerers, casting magic through mathematical formulae and calculations. Unfortunately, their innate muteness prevents them from performing Verbal components (which most spells require) limiting their effectiveness as magic users.

Twintails Accounting

Logistics and paperwork is a vastly underestimated field in a world where everyone is focused on uncovering the next big artifact. Many people know the Cartel's catchphrase of "Time is money, friend", but few truly understand the concept like Strixie and her protégés Moonlit & Starstruck. And with the recent formation of Twintails Accounting by the twins, they plan to raise efficiency to a whole new level.
Allocating the optimal amounts of personell, equipment and resources to projects at the exact right times, navigating the labyrinths of taxes and tariffs, optimising transport routes, paying the right amounts to the right people at the right times, locating area's of business that underperform and clearing out large amounts of paperwork in the fastest amount of time. Twintails Accounting takes care of all this and more for the Cartel with an almost religious zeal, for even something as humble as a more efficient filing system can have a cascading effect of time (and money) saving efficiency across the entire structure.
