The population of Sky's Watch consists mostly of High Elves.
Government
Sky's Watch is under rule of Lord Theodred. He is not fond of the outside world and will only leave Sky's Watch as an absolute necessity.

Everything is made from white marble.

Sky's Watch houses a few large telescopes which are used to observe the cosmos.
Guilds and Factions
The Order of the Arcane is located in Sky's Watch. The Scholars train in Arcane Magic, they are willing to take new students as long as they have potential.
History
On top of the mountain above Heaven's Keep the High Elves felt closest to the stars, here they made their observation decks and telescopes to discover the universe.
Geography
Sky's Watch is located in the central north of Aurleen. It is carved out of the mountain high above Heaven's Keep.
