The current boss of the Cobalt Syndicate. After a SDI-organized sting operation, involving the deaths (self-inflicted) of two SDI operatives, Hudak Rahkosha was apprehended, and carried to SDI HQ. Efforts are ongoing to install Theranys O'Mullan as his replacement as the Cobalt Syndicate's leader.
