Cobalt Co. Scrapyard
An aging junkyard, once abandoned, that has since become the home of the Cobalt Syndicate. At first, this scrapyard was pretty well integrated into the society outside the wall, but in recent years, it's become increasingly self-reliant.
The sign out front reads "Cobalt Co. Scrapyard", which has led many to wonder if it was altered by Syndicate hands, or if the Cobalt Syndicate took their name from the scrapyard initially.
Since then, there exists 9 4-person shelters, 1 12-person shelter, a handmade hovel with a smithy setup, and a stranded mobile home have been erected.
The entire west edge of the complex has been overrun with piles upon piles of rusting, aging scrap. It's not clear if it's all from the time before the Syndicate took the site, but, there is an immense quanitity of junk, some of which seems to still be useful, and usable.
Hidden among the junk on the east end is a hole in the ground that the Syndicate members either haven't noticed, or choose to avoid, which leads into an underground tunnel network. Curse-face(Imp 719) discovered that this tunnel network circles around to the basement of the main building.
