Maven

Mavens are Katzan mages that are officially recognized by the Elders. They follow the rituals and practices of the Katzan Cape, and are in charge of many of the festivals and rites held at the Ačkan Ritual Site. Nearly every settlement in Katzan is assigned a Maven or two, and while the Elders are technically the leaders, the Mavens usually run the show from behind the scenes.
