Sigra the Sickly

Sigra the Sickly comes from an ancestry of brilliant dwarven warriors. Despite being chronically ill as a child, she was passionate about learning everything she could about fighting techniques and the art of war. She studied the history books, which recounted the many battles of the Great War, hoping to live up to the greatness of her warrior ancestors.

Her mind was so brilliant that she quickly caught the attention of the High Chancellor and became one of his trusted advisors. During the Great War, Sigra saw her dream come true when she was appointed to lead troops in battle. Her successes earned her the title of "warlord." When the Starless Nights returned, it was Sigra who was leading Dwar Fell's armies in the siege against the city of Din'Lux.

With the High Chancellor gone, Sigra hopes to build a better future for the dwarves. She has been appointed as a member of the Din'Lux City Council, the local governing body. She is a tough woman, dedicated to ensuring the survival of her people and wants to see their culture thrive again. She isn’t too fond of elves given their past history, but she sees that blind hatred cannot dictate her policies. She is a true pragmatist at heart.

In recent years, she has dedicated her efforts to reshaping the Horseshoe - and, indeed, the entire city of Din'Lux - to be a reflection of her home kingdom of Dwar Fell. Her relationship with Hierophant Selen, the former head of Din'Lux, is still complicated, but the two have managed to keep things civil and restrained.
