Xedon
Born out of wedlock to Detaelua Kayas Rousa Ausan and a random Paford woman. When Eyvyn Madok found out about the child, he ordered them to be killed. Only the Paford woman was killed, however, and Xedon was raised as an attendant. Eventually, he was assigned to watch over Vanen Detaelua Nua Ausan.
He found out about his true lineage one night when the King and Queen were in a drunken argument where Eyvyn admitted to his crimes. He was surprised not only to learn this truth but when Detaelua barely scolded Eyvyn for his actions. Instead of confronting either of them with who he was, he instead plotted against them. He raised Vanen with spite for her parents and grandparents, and when she was old enough, she killed Detaelua by slipping poison hemlock into her drink. An elf was blamed for the crime and put to death. The next year, Vanen killed Lalan Idamla Anak Ausan and Tovao Aduraeli in the same manner. Once she ascended, she put a stop to the investigation and ruled their deaths as accidents.
Xedon became an advisor to Vanen for the remainder of his life.
