Sootscale Kobolds

The Sootscale Kobolds are a group of black-scaled kobolds who have apparently become quite aggressive throughout The Greenbelt. They were spotted by Mannon being lead by a peculiar purple-scaled kobold who seemed to be looking for something or someone called "Old Sharptooth."
