Hippocles Featherwinkle

Hippocles Featherwinkle is a gnomish alchemist from Restov. He enjoys city life, but is willing to travel on the request of his old friend, Oleg Leveton. He is well respected among the elites of Restov, but was charmed by the Silver Dicks during his short visit, in which he verified the purity of ore from the Just Us Mine, and the Sootscale Caverns. He was convinced to move to Dicksonia by the Dicks, and now resides in a small mansion just outside town.
