Kundal

Kundal is the foreman of the workers charged with building the city of Dicksonia. He regards the Sootscale Kobolds as an annoyance, but tolerates them well as long as they don't interfere too much with his work. Recently, while inspecting the stone quarry south of Dicksonia, Kundal was injured by a kobold trap, and has spent the past week complaining about the kobold's incompetence.
