Stag Lord's Fort

On the shores of Tuskwater Lake, there once was a monastery. The monks living there were members of the cult of Gyronna, and gained her favor for the cruel tortures they would perform on people they caught wandering the Stolen Lands. Eventually, the monks lapsed from proper worship and began to lead a more isolated lifestyle. This angered Gyronna, and one night she raised the dead of the monastery who dragged the monks into early graves.
Many years later, the Stag Lord found the abandoned monastery deep in the Stolen Lands and claimed it as his own. He and his bandits built palisade walls around it, and now it is the center of his operation.
The fort is surrounded on three sides by tall hills. Anyone approaching too close from those sides finds that Gyronna's undead are still unquiet as they rise to attack. A once buried cellar door provides a direct path from these hills into the old root cellar, where Nugrah the Decrepit lives. A path approaches the fort from the south, and bandits frequently use the path to enter or leave the fort.
