Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Tonny appears at first glance to be a bit on the sick and reedy side. He moves with a fluid grace and easy rhythm, however, and when he summons his sword he is as deadly a swordsman as any his age.
Apparel & Accessories
Tonny dresses in a tabard with no underlying armor. The red and black of the Tabard is emblazoned with the claw of Tiamat.
Specialized Equipment
Tonny can summon a blade made of fire - a gift from his patron. The blade is stored in a pocket dimension and can be retrieved by him at any time.

Personal history
Tonny was orphaned as an infant and left at the Seven Veils shrine near Visren. He was raised by the mysterious priestess of the shrine as an acolyte to the teachings of Tiamat. He grew sick early in life, and it wasn't until he was 13 that he was able to begin competing physically. At around this same time, he grew strong with magic and developed an encyclopedic knowledge thanks to the shrine's extensive occult library.
Tonny had many friends in Visren, and exuded a cult of personality as an expert in persuasion and control.

Tonny was cared for by the shrine's priestess once he hatched, and was raised with the firm belief that he is destined to rule over mankind.
