The Ulsaruk plans the wars and oversees the peerage who conduct the smaller operations.

Benefits

The Ulsaruk is primarily a warlord. The rewards, pageantry, and trappings of the station are mainly incentives and to reinforce their unquestioned rule. They have full and sole access to the treasury.

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal

The only way to end an Ulsaruk's career is by proving to be stronger, smarter and more ruthless. The previous Ulsaruk is unlikely to survive a display, and the vast majority of challengers die theatrically horrible public deaths.
