Underling Actions

When you have the wealth and power to change the world without swinging a sword, your money is funneled through underlings to apply the right pressure in the right areas to grease and turn the cogs. Also, trusty companions, bodyguards, and henchmen can be sent on solo missions.
Every underling gets a competence score. This is calculated as follows: add up the strength and intelligence of the underling. Then add their proficiency bonus. ([STR+INT]+PROF).
When you send an underling out on a mission a percentage die is rolled and the difficulty of the task added to it. Then, roll the PCs Wealth Dice and add the local Economy Score. If the percentage die has rolled under the bonus plus the Economy Score, the action has a beneficial result, most likely a success.
