Edler Smeere appoints the powers of Margrave to the position of the Elector of Cambreath

A relatively minor goblin incursion is fought back by Cambreath. Edler Smeere grants the right to the Elector of Cambreath to call himself the Margrave of Cambreath, ranking him above other canton leaders in a time of foreign war. This was to recognize that Cambreath would always have the most experienced militias due to their proximity to goblin lands, and turns the position held by Smeere into a more strictly political one. The decision is controversial, but no serious effort is made to block it.
