Edler Gantor is Elected

Elector Gantor succeeds at having Edler Yickalo declared dead, is elected Edler.

Elector Gantor of Wupan eventually succeeds in a bid to have Yickalo declared dead in absentia, becoming Edler Tasked With Defense of the Realm by a vote of 4-1, Northrealm dissenting.   Gantor had been Yickalo's right hand man for two decades, and was often given special dispensation to take fleets and eliminate far away threats or secure offshore resources and trade routes. As elector, Gantor has never given up his love of the sea and though he can no longer sail away, he still directs funding towards the oceans and beyond.
