Trolls from the Bulwarks cause pain and suffering in an attempt to extort settlements in the Foothills.

Trolls under the leadership of Pantold Drum began a sophisticated series of raids with the aim of sowing discord in the human settlements of the Foothills. The Elector Council of Cambreath nominated Torsken Lakmor as Edler to fight them. Torsken gathered a full-canton Balatar to combat them. By the end of fall, Torsken's militia was poised to finish off the clan at last. Instead of risking more men, Torsken instead set fires outside the caves and fanned smoke into them, suffocating the trolls before rolling large balls of flaming pitch inside.
