The Al-hest Springs

As the Undercity is quite literally under the Crescent city, all of the water flows down into the Al-hest Springs. Sewage and other wastes drain naturally into the sea, but rivers flow down into the natural hot springs. The Al-hest Springs are typically regarded as the nicer part of the Undercity, although if you go there you’ll find it's no different than really anywhere else. People who aren’t allowed in the upper cities are just trying to make due, and the local stewards are providing all of the aid that they can and keeping their small community running.
