The Arcing Cod

There are those that hate the world that they are born into, seeking to destroy the system and rage against it. The Arcing Cod are the exact opposite. A gang only by definition, as they follow a strict moral code. Primarily Locathah, although not exclusively, they deal only in philanthropy. From soup kitchens to public hospitals, they seek only to make life in the Undercity as comfortable and safe as possible.
