Bipplebopple Darkmask IV
A noble paladin who is fully devoted to alleviating the suffering of the 'Tall-ees" in the world. Knowing that anyone who reaches over 5ft in height, is obviously suffering a terrible affliction, he commits himself to remove their suffering.
Working at night, he sneaks into the homes of 'Talll-ees" with his tape measure. If the beings are over the 'Holy Height', he sedates them, secures them, and removes the necessary inches from their legs, with his trusty surgeon's saw, "Huggy". He of course stitches them up afterward and leaves a notice of where to send a payment for his miraculous healing services.
Interestingly, the local authorities (no matter the region) have never pursued the matter, despite growing public requests.
