Daara Marblemask

Daara Marblemask is an archivist and librarian at the gnomish School of Zappy-Zap-Zap.
Her greatest contribution to her field has been the creation of "The Volltinator 5000". This is a mechanical backpack used to attract, harness, and store lightning within it.
This is done with minimal injury, either long-term or short-term.
