It is one of the few remaining cities that are as vibrant and developed below as it is above.
The city is filled with laboratories, medical schools, large libraries, experimental forums, and demonstration arenas. It is also filled with all manner of experiments walking, digging, cleaning, speaking, and flying.
There are rumors that the gnomes have secured DREIGNORIAN manuscripts and are actively using them to develop bigger and better... well EVERYTHING!
