Dutch Babblefoot
Dutch Babblefoot is a high-ranking member of the gnomish school of The Golden Gears (Mechanical Contraptions).
He has an impressive list of accomplishments and is a candidate for the position of Senior Director with his school. His greatest accomplishment is the creation of the Whirly, a single (or dual) subterranean airship, popular amongst the underground dwarven clans.
He is rumored to be on the verge of another great invention, one that will transform the geography of the known world.
