Willem Waggledust
Willem Waggledust is a gnome who is dedicated to the School of Powerful Parlance (Languages and Rhetoric). He was the first gnome to discover how to construct buildings underneath the water. His unique home is located in the deep waters of Lake Copperspear.
He is currently working on research about the life that swims by his windows regularly. Willem claims to have discovered several aquatic languages and is in partnership with several sentient water beings.
He's desperately looking for apprentices who can aid him in his unique research.
