'Uchejii 'Oonua Vee, Founder of Niièbar̀ii

'Oona Vee was a veteran of the Dragonwars. He led a mercenary band on the side of the Tyrant Dragons. When the fighting was done, he was tired of warfare and sought a place to settle his warriors and his family, so he founded Niièbar̀ii at the southern end of Lake Mbuck where the Kayuunuhchyiie flows into it.
