Depeccus R̂olvus Epsus

Depeccus R̂olvus Epsus was an Ivr̂ai tribal leader who settled his people for the winter on the banks of the Tinwe. The next spring, instead of resuming their wanderings, he elected to build a small community there. Within fifty years, his community had grown to a town, and within a century of his death, the community, now called Ar̂tetun, was a city. It was not the first such community founded in this way, but it is, by far, the most successful.

As for Depeccus, he left his settlement after several years and his tribe says he died in the year 1221 LE.
