Falsus
The branch of the giant family (family ingenti) that includes ettins, ogres, goliaths, and firbolgs is known as gens falsus.

Anatomy
Members of falsus exhibit various anatomies, but they are all bipedal. The smallest of them are over seven feet in height, and most are of greater stature still, though not as large as the members of gens magna, or "true" giants.
