Iuria
Encircling Ethos is a region where negative and positive Energy meet. This is the Rift, and it is dangerous for any being except for an Elder Titan to venture there.
On one side of the Sphere of Ethos, the negative and positive Energy interaction balances perfectly. While the Rift remains hazardous, the region to either side is safe. In this Realm, the residents maintain an ideal order to preserve that safety. Everything precisely fulfills its intended purpose, nothing more or less. Likewise, every being there performs a function and must carry it out strictly as required, without variation. This Realm is known as Iuria. A Celestial called the Logician rules it.
