Lordship of Khaghā

History

The Lordship of Khaghā was founded in 988 LE by the acclaimation of the leading families of Khaghā. The were tired of the inefficiency of a direct democracy, so they instituted a system by which they can elect a limited monarch upon the death of the previous one. In time, they forged trade alliances with the dvær of Schruichterta and with the Zepluns of Gning.
