Qupin Dacciia
Public Agenda
History
Qupin Dacciia was founded in 1304 LE, as a response to the Calpian Empire's conquest of Dacciia, and the subjugation of the Daccian people.
They have led three rebellions against the Empire, all of which failed.
Their revolt in 1402 LE led to the Decimation, in which nine out of ten Daccians were methodically forced to bludgeon the tenth of their number to death. Although the commanding general of the Imperial Army, Orus Qeus Wolpamus, drew most of the Daccian ire for this atrocity, the general populace did hold Qupin Dacciia partially responsible as well, holding that without the rebellion, there would have been no Decimation.
Following the Decimation, the Empire recalled Orus and replaced him with Perina Utpa Da Atesia, the first Utepavir in charge of the Military Government of Dacciia. She proved an excellent choice, as she did much to repair the image of the Empire, as well as to improve the lives of the common citizenry. Her successors followed in her footsteps, which eroded support for Qupin Dacciia among the people. Though they continued to support active chapters throughout Dacciia, they did not enjoy the popular support they once did.
That state of affairs changed abruptly when the Divinity of Rogiq seized control of Rozga and its surrounding territory. The Daccians saw that the iron will of the Empire could be challenged. Led by an extremely charismatic and populist warrior woman named Atwabeia Appeilcima Sicca, Qupin Dacciia whipped up dissent within Daccian society with astonishing speed. On the 10th of Ins, 1430 LE, Appelcima led a force of Daccian militia, supported by Nadho orcish warriors in a surprise attack on the Legionary Government of Dacciia. Their surprise was absolute and their victory overwhelming, leading the people to grant Appelcima the Caliwivum "Pala," meaning "Victor." Appelcima wasted no time capitalizing on her victory, declaring herself R̂idia of Dacciia to popular acclaim.
Disbandment
Upon the defeat of the Legionary Government of Dacciia, Qupin Dacciia disbanded, yielding to the new government called Heir̂idia Dacciia (literally, "Daccian Monarchy").
