The Congregation of Flowers

The Congregation of Flowers is barely an organization. There is no real hierarchy. Instead various local congregations of those faithful to Fermed choose their priests, who in turn choose their supervisory priests. These supervisory priests meet in conclave at various locations from time to time to discuss matters of import to nature. These conclaves can be called by any member and are not mandatory. The invoking member begins the conclave and each member has their say. Once all have spoken, votes may be taken or the debate may again make the rounds, as members rebut one another's points. Important action rarely comes out of these conclaves, though once in a while a conclave will commission a group to carry out a particular task.
