The High Paladin
Qualifications
To become the High Paladin, an individual must lead one of the four sects, and must have served as a full Paladin of Acher for not less than twelve years.
Requirements
Only members of the Acher family may become Paladins, therefore, only they can become High Paladin.
Appointment
The High Paladin is usually named by their predecessor. In instances where the preceding High Paladin dies without naming a successor, the entire membership of the Order votes in secret conclave until one of the Sect Commanders wins a majority of the votes cast.
