Rhazora Stormsinger

Archon of Magic (a.k.a. The Eyeless Hurricane)

Rhazora Stormsinger was the second Archon of Magic in the Korrisian Empire. A stern and cruel being, Archon Stormsinger was one of the most powerful and dangerous spellcasters under the Imperial Banner. Stormsinger was also known to be paranoid, and loathed sharing any knowledge or allowing any wizards of the Empire to complete any significant research out of fear that she would be supplanted by one of her subordinates. Most research, especially that of the planar nature was kept on lockdown and prohibited. Stormsinger was also one to take what she wanted, if she saw a skilled spellcaster, especially a child, she would take them often against her family's wishes to be trained as an elite mage and they would often be emotionally and psychologically broken to serve her with unwavering loyalty. 
Stormsinger was killed in an explosion aboard her Imperial Airship, the Galeweaver, while traveling from the Quisaloran Tier of the Empire back to the Capitol Tier, to Calemdar City. As of right now, no one is sure of what officially occurred. Unofficially, an adventuring group currently known as the The Heroes of Yarrin boarded the craft, attacked her crew, and one member of the group, Arnaud, caused the stability of the enchanted gemstones keeping the ship afloat to break down until the back half of the entire 4-deck ship was vaporized. In the explosion, Arnaud, Rhazora Stormsinger, and several crew were instantly killed.
