Each arm of the Trinity of Ruin has a leader, each is often-times a Chosen of their selected deity, in times of crisis, an aspect of the Deity has also served as the leader of each hand, when direct control is required. Since all three deities have been long dead, there has been zero evidence of a physical manifestation in over 1,000 years.
