Village of Yarrin

Yarrin is a small settlement in the Imperial Territory of Quisalor that sits on the entryway of the Dhenbadir pass. The village is managed by Count Aleksander Hammesfahr, who was installed by the Archon of Secrets Azrikai upon the conquest of Quisalor during the Imperial War of Expansion. Count Hammesfahr is a strange and wizened old gentleman.
The village is made up of approximately 500 imperial citizens, made up of mostly humans and dwarves. The primary goods that are exported from Yarrin are mined metals and stones from the nearby Dhenbadir mountains, flour from the large farming areas surrounding the village, and lightly crafted goods, from several carpenters who have set up shop in the village.
Most recently, the village has become a safe haven for refugees of the village of Kellarn after an attack by what many believe to be bandits. Almost the entire city was raided and burned, with several hundred dead or missing. Yarrin is also home to the temporary office of Lawbinder Chalun, who was dispatched to complete work in Quisalor and is slowly building his powerbase, using Count Hammesfahr as an ally. It is also Lawbinder Chalun who was charged with finding those responsible for the attack on Kellarn and bringing Aelzan's Justice to them.
