Bezet
The duchy of Bezet was once a greater Weallander kingdom, before its king surrendered to Aster and was allowed to stay in power as Duke of Bezet. Ever since then Bezet has enjoyed more sovereignty than many other lands in the Republic.
The Duchy unsuccessfully tried to rebel during The Great Calamity, but was crushed by Alceus Priam, dictator of Aster Alceus installed a close confidant of himself as Duke. Who now rules Bezet loyally.
