Delle

Delle is the Capital of the Fachfordian Kingdom of Byr. It is the only city in the world which still has a large population of Fachfordians. On top of this, it is also one of the only cities which has a sizeable population of halflings. The city is of great religious and cultural importance to the Fachfordians.
