Zalfari Erupts

The volcano on the island of Zalfari erupts in the early morning.
  Barris, in an attempt to help his guild, The Seers of Summershield, goes back to the Crooked Keep where he encounters Jules who takes the opportunity to attack him. After dealing with Jules, Barris follows the orders of his superior officer Tristain the Seers Quartermaster.
  Pierre, having survived the monsters in the Crooked Keep gatehouse, escapes to the keep itself.
  Florens survives the attempt on his life and he and Bulgakov make their way to the Crooked Keep.
  Barris, Pierre, Florens and Bulgakov reach the keep in time to witness a Silver Humanoid attacking and killing the leader of their Seers Retinue, Dayton Trance.
  The Crooked Keep is struck by volcanic debris and destroyed, plummeting into the sea with Barris, Pierre, Florens and Bulgakov inside.
  Iyan Wrotkin flees Zalfari with Fabian Guillaume and Dr. Wolfram Horst-Protz. Later in the day Barris, Pierre, Florens and Bulgakov wake on the beach and fight a Silver Humanoid which attacks Bulgakov and afflicts him. They then headed back to the city of Zalfari.
  In the city, they meet Dugg, and the five of them overhear a baby’s cry. They find the baby in a destroyed house, with its dead parents inside having protected their baby as their dying act. The five take the baby to be saved.
  In the city courtyard, they meet Mordenkainen and the five make a deal with him, they will recover an Artefact from the lab and in exchange he will get them off the island. The five ask that Mordenkainen save the baby now and also take Bulgakov to save him from his Silver affliction.
  The four head into the sewers led by Dugg, taking them to the lab.
