Men who have stepped away from the teachings and protection of Jaxhyde. They long for the sea, and all it has to offer, as well as venerating The Lady of the Bay. Their Longing to be under water means they have discovered great and terrible things in their race to the depths.

Find a way to explore and settle the sea. This was originally the great underwater palace but then the catastrophe happened and they abandoned hope for the bay.

History

Having Created the Oscars in a failed experiment to make themselves amphibious, they bred and enslaved the poor creatures.
